Because customer satisfaction is  important to us, Nearsens aims to provide transparency on each of the steps from the placement of you order until it arrives in between your hands.

Placing the Order

Our web site will guide you step by step through the phases of creating an order. The order will be registered after selection of the payment method and once the terms of sale have been accepted. You will then receive a recap email. Once the order is registered, you have 30 minutes to cancel it directly from your customer space if necessary. In some cases, supporting documents may be requested for the final validation.

Validating the Order

The final validation of an order occurs as long as the settlement has been properly registered and the proofs, if any, have been received. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible in order to see how we can help you.

 

Preparing and Shipping

The shipping time depends on the availability of each item. If an item is not immediately available in stock, it may be worth ordering separately. Items presented in stock on the site are deemed to be in stock. However, in the event of an involuntary unavailability, the order could be cancelled directly. Once the package is delivered to the carrier, an email will inform you of its shipping number to be able to follow its routing.

Order Delivery

The carriers offered may vary depending on the destination of the order. You are free to select one of the modes of transport referred to. If you find that a mode of transportation is not available for your address, you can contact us directly (see Contact us page). The principal modes of transportation are listed in the Carriers page.
