Payment Methods

Pay with Paypal

One-time payment

1. With PayPal, you can send the payment quickly and securely online.
2. With PayPal, you can pay with a credit card, debit card or bank account balance.
3. Once your order has been validated, you will be redirected to the PayPal site where you can make the payment.

Payment in 4 times

Your purchases can be easily paid in 4 installments over 3 months*. You can view and manage your installments from your PayPal app. An early refund is possible at any time and without extra charge. Simply choose to pay with PayPal when you shop online, log in to your PayPal account, and you will see a 4X Payment option, if you are eligible and if this purchase is eligible. If so, request 4X Payment in a few steps, get an instant response and complete your purchase.

Advantages of using Paypal

Payment is traceable. You can track the status of your payment using your PayPal account. Nearsens.com does not receive your credit card number or your banking information (these are securely encrypted via the PayPal server), which limits the risk of unauthorized use.

Pay with a credit card

Credit cards

Bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB) are the world’s most widespread means of payment and the most used by our customers.

For all your credit card payments, the transaction is secured by SSL encryption technology. All your payment details are encrypted from your computer to the bank’s server. This information remains confidential and cannot be seen or used without your knowledge.

Nearsens.com does not receive your credit card number or your banking information (these are securely encrypted via the Stripe server), which limits the risk of unauthorized use.

Virtual credit card

In order to secure your online purchases, some banks allow you to generate virtual bank card numbers for a single use and for a given amount. Of course, we are happy to accept payments by this means. However, virtual bank card numbers have a limited validity. Therefore, unlike other types of credit card payments, the debit will be made at the time of the order.

American Express

The American Express Card is an international payment card issued by and associated with the American Express payment network. The American Express network offers a wide range of personal and business cards, but more importantly, it allows customers to defer payment. American Express has also joined the Safekey branded 3-D Secure program to reduce the risk of fraud on customers’ online purchases.

Limit of payment

Most payment cards have a maximum payment limit, usually between €1500 and €4000. The payment ceiling is calculated over a period of 30 sliding days. Any request for payment is counted in the calculation of the ceiling, including when the payment is granted but not yet executed. This is known as a pre-debit. If an order is cancelled (and therefore never debited), the pre-debit amount continues to be temporarily taken into account in the calculation of the amount available before the ceiling is reached. It is generally possible to ask your bank for a temporary or permanent increase in the ceiling.

Debit on dispatch

The credit card is debited only when the order is prepared. It does not intervene as soon as the order is placed, is not carried out if the order is not validated or as long as all the articles are not in stock. For orders including a configuration service, the debit is made when we start the configuration of the system.
